Creating a Musical Tribute - What you need to do

  1. Organize your photos in the order that you want us to run them.

  2. Number each photo on the back in pencil in the upper right hand corner of the picture.

  3. (NEVER USE A MARKER THE INK WILL BLEED ONTO THE NEXT PICTURE.)

  4. Write a opening Title Page, if you want one.  We will recreate it in our computer system.

  5. Write a Closing Title Page. Examples: “Congratulations, Graduate”; “Happy Birthday”
“We Love you Mom and Dad.”

  6. Write down the music you would like us to use. We can only use music CD’s.
If we do not have the song of your choosing, you can provide us with a CD and we will use it.
Your CDs will be returned once we have completed your order.

If you need help finding a specific song, you can go to www.napster.com and download their free software.
This will give you the ability to listen and preview songs, then purchase them for $0.99 cents per song instead
of having to buy an entire CD.  You will then need to burn that song onto a CD
and submit it to us with your order.  If you cannot do this, please contact us and we
can download the song for you for a small additional fee.

  7. We have an index of all of the song titles in our database. If you choose to select music from our database,
please write down the CD number (example A-31), then the track or cut number, and the title.
This is for our reference. Example: B-14 Cut 5 “Through The Years”.
We will use the entire song unless otherwise noted on your order.

  8. Generally we need to have the information for your special project in our office at
least 4 weeks prior to your due date.
We can squeeze in rush jobs, but we must add a 20% Rush fee to your order for anything under 2 weeks.

  9. Please do not hesitate to call us with any questions.

  10. All videos come on a DVD.  VHS copies are available.  Color Labels are also available.]
